I came here for happy hour and dinner. Decent selection on the HH menu which is from 3-5. We ordered the shrimp and fried ravioli which was $8 per appetizer. We considered ordering the Kobe sliders but opted for a $35 prime rib dinner which came with a loaded baked potato and sautéed veggies. I split this and 2 happy hour appetizers with my friend and it hit the spot! Just when I thought I didn’t have room for dessert I made room. The butter toffee cake was delicious and I highly recommend it! It was slow on a Tuesday night. Service was friendly and attentive. Def worth a visit!
Heard about this place through word of mouth recommendation. Went here for mothers day with my wife, kids, and my mother. My brother-in-law, his wife, and their toddler joined last minute and the server was very accommodating with fitting them in to our reservation. It was the first time any of us had eaten here. Today there was a sepacial mothers day brunch menu available which many of us ordered from, but the regular menu also had some good options. None of the food disappointed and we were all happy with what we ordered. The server was attentive to us and checked in on us often, and we didn't have to wait too long for anything that we would ask for.
I came here for the bar and music scene. It is a calm, yet lively environment. The people here, from the host, the manager, the bartender Courtney, and all of the patrons including a regular I met named Tom, were all incredibly warm-hearted and welcoming to me. We got into deep intellectual conversations. Names were exchanged, and friendships were made. My haircut was complimented. The music was a good vibe from a band who had played with the Doobie Brothers at one point. I felt like this is how humanity is supposed to be, not isolated behind screens, but interacting with courtesy and respect towards one another in a real, authentic environment. I will definitely be coming back.
This restaurant has so much charm and it just extended so now not only does it have outside extended seating. It has another side to it all together. I noticed it has a stage. I’m not exactly sure what that means but I’m guessing there’s entertainment. I will have to check that out as this restaurant is close to my home and office. My friends and I had a Christmas lunch there this week and it was so much fun in the food did not disappoint.
Good venue, Nice stage for live music, Big bar, nice older crowd. I even hear the legendary Al Smith hangs out here sometimes 😜
