Great brunch/lunch spot in Walnut Creek. We got the eggplant sandwich, a cup of soup, and the smoked Mac and cheese puff Benedict for our meal & finished that up with affogato and the peach cheese cake for dessert. Great ambience, polite and prompt service & delicious food with tons of vegetarian options. I’d come back here!

Excellent food and service! We had a delicious brunch, including a variety of omelettes and french toast, and all the ingredients were fresh and tasty. It's a very popular place, with absolutely zero acoustic abatement, so the main room is extraordinarily loud (hence one less star), which I realize is the popular way with restaurant design these days. Fortunately, we were seated around the corner in the back room, which made it much easier to have a conversation. I would like to return and try some other menu items.
I got the grilled eggplant sandwich with a side of fries. My friend and I sat at the bar because MSK was bustling on a Saturday morning, and we really enjoyed watching the cooks in action. The food was delicious! A little pricey but very filling. The fries were well worth it. The Arnold palmer not so much. You have been warned.
