Loved the food and the vibe of this place. We had a heartfelt lunch. The tea leaf salad was the best. The garlic noodle and salmon were yum. I found the chicken okay. Overall a great food experience and very courteous servers who were vigilant on refilling water continuously.
We've been to Burma 2 a handful of times and have always enjoyed the food. A few items were a bit salty but one of the managers, Andy, was willing to make it again right away. We declined his polite offer and got some lemon instead, and overall enjoyed the dishes we ordered. The waiters were kind of slow, but it wasn't too big of a deal. However, another staff member, Valarie, had a terrible attitude. She was ill-mannered and disrespectful to us at the end. It spoiled our entire experience. We wanted to leave as soon as possible. We reported this to management. They took our feedback seriously and did right by us in our next visit. They went the extra mile and we enjoyed every part of our dining experience. The pineapple rice with shrimp is well balanced and delicious. It's great with their ginger beer as well.
Wow! Wow! Two shrimp dishes that we shared (Pepper Shrimp, Burma Shrimp), fried rice, samosas, and hot tea for lunch. So good! Huge shrimp, great service, excellent food, and pleasant atmosphere. Everything we had was a la carte, there was no rice included. That was disappointing, but we ordered the pineapple fried rice as a side which fit in nicely. This was a treat lunch ($100+ for two), but we left satisfied. Great job, Burma!
Delicious lunch and the host was very nice and helped me to add my rewards points when I called.
The food is good. The tea leaf salad is a must. Portions are generous.
